Jamie Gotty

Jamie Gotty “Jay”

Interning to do her Level 1 Trainers Cert

Previously a Cook Islands 7s Rugby Representative.

Jamie brings a different form of motivation to the box, some would call it scary, others would say it was ‘refreshing’ to get their butt kicked into gear. She sees potential in each and every member that they don’t even see in themselves and she definitely pushes you to attempt to reach that potential.

Currently a Senior Fire Officer who has also taken on the responsibility to help get our Fire crew in better shape using many of the CrossFit methodologies as an avenue to do so.

One of the best motivators in the box, with a very strong passion to help motivate people to believe in themselves to achieve the next level.

Currently a prospect trainer at Tumuora CrossFit helping out with classes and around the box.

Julieanne Westrupp

┬áJulieanne Westrupp ‘Julz’

Interning to do her Level 1 Trainers Cert

Previously a Cook Islands Touch Rugby and 7s Rugby Representative

Julz is the opposite to Jay, appealing to the more soft hearted members. She has a strong passion to help out all our new members ease their way into the fold. She loves working with those a little less able to leap to new heights but would rather take things in their own stride.
