There has been a lot of interest expressed with regards to when we will run the next 120 Club or when the next Challenge will be.

Geoff and I have been finding it hard to roster on a permanent class for 120 Club, or to roster in a new challenge due to all the upcoming events in these coming months and our lack of resources, space and time in a day – 24hours is just not enough.

Nevertheless, I feel for everyone wanting help and I want to atleast be able to help get you on track in the right direction with your nutrition and your way of life so that you can hopefully make some better informed decisions when it comes to your health.

I’ve given this some thought and have decided that I want to start off with a series of Nutrition Workshops first.

For our Members – many seem to be ok with motivating themselves and coming into the box regularly for workouts. Many, however, have been struggling with getting to the next level in their training or reaching the body composition goals they have set.

For those interested in 120 Club – i found in the last 120 Club we ran, the importance of Nutrition was lost and many were hoping that if they just came to workouts they will get the results they want, or get the thumbs up from us 🙂 (FYI our 120 Club is an exclusive group for those 120kg+).
So I’m going to start up a series of Nutrition Workshops.

    No more than 1 hour long4-6 people in a group of peers with the same goalsWorkshops will be structured with content that addresses the needs of the group2 followup workshops at approximately 3wks and 6wks – depending on the group

 

Do you find yourself in one of these groups below:

  • Are you struggling with weight issues, obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, or other health issues?
  • Are you 120kg+ and have many of the above health risks and want to do something about it?
  • Are you someone that knows what you should be doing but just can’t find the motivation or the drive to get what needs to be done done?
  • Are you a person who has piled on a few layers of “winter blanket” and just need a little challenge to set you up for a good start?
  • Are you a person wanting to get in shape and loose a few kilos for summer?
  • Are you an athlete that has been struggling to reach some set goals, whether it be strength, gymnastics or endurance because you aren’t fueling yourself properly?
  • Are you in need of some motivational or goal setting advice to help you achieve those set goals?
  • Etc etc etc

  • What are your biggest struggles?
  • What do you need the most help with?
  • Where do you see yourself now?
  • Where do you want to see yourself in 6 months time?
  • And most importantly – how much do you weigh and how old are you?

I will be filtering through the emails and grouping people into like groups. If there is a group of you then even better, we will put you all together in your own session.

Once we have identified people that want workshops we will then send out proprosed dates and times to each of the groups, including cost/pp.

Again, the workshops will be 1hour long…with some set goals that I’d like you to achieve before our next workshop and so on and so fourth.
