OnRamp is a program for those new to CrossFit. It is designed to teach the fundamentals and techniques of the moves in a smaller class atmosphere. Each move and skill is broken down step by step in the first half of each class.
In the second half of the class, you’ll be taken through a WOD: Workout of the Day, using the moves and skills you’ve just been taught.
This time we’ve changed the way OnRamp will be run.
- ONLY 4 people (more one on one time with your coaches)
- 1 week long – 3x 1.5hr sessions (Monday, Wednesday & Friday 6:30pm)
- You MUST make it to every session
