Everyone must do an intro in order to attend mainstream classes, so enquire about when our next Onramp intake is, or about our 1-on-1 introduction sessions.
The Onramp is open to everyone to register – any age, size, gender or fitness levels. Whereas the 1-on-1 Intros are accepted on a case by case basis
Bootcamps are a great way for you to get back into exercising, or to even start for the first time. You will be coached by experienced coaches and provided with great nutrition knowledge to give you a good head start.
Our groups are vibrant and loads of fun.
These Bootcamps run for 6 weeks at a time, every 2-3 months depending on the time of year.
