Just a couple of things to think about.

You need to decide first and foremost whether you can C2B or Pull Up. If you can’t do either then so be it. Don’t dwell on it, the sooner you accept it the sooner you can focus on the rest. It just gives something for you to work on in the next year 🙂

So what now if you can’t do either?

Well – can you RX the weight? If YES, then that’s what you do and you try your hardest to get your 1 C2B pullup 🙂

If NO, then its a no brainer. You just do the scaled weight.

I will be giving those that don’t finish the first round a 10 min time cap to do the WOD scaled to their liking. I.e. you still get a workout, your score just stays as what was accurately judged in line with the rules of the WOD e.g. 6 OH Squats or 10 OH Squats etc.


WOD 15.2:

Every 3 minutes for as long as possible complete:

From 0:00-3:00

2 rounds of:
10 overhead squats 43/29 {(Scaled, Teens, Masters: 29/20);(Masters 55+ & Teens Scaled: 20/15)}

10 chest-to-bar pull-ups {(Scaled, Teens, Masters: chin over bar); (Masters 55+ & Teens Scaled: Jumping C2B)}

From 3:00-6:00

2 rounds of:
12 overhead squats

12 chest-to-bar pull-ups

From 6:00-9:00

2 rounds of:
14 overhead squats

14 chest-to-bar pull-ups

Etc., following the same pattern until you fail to complete both rounds
